Singapore Airlines to introduce new closed-toe shoes for female cabin crew

Singapore Airlines has designed new closed-toe shoes for its female cabin crew.

The shoes will be introduced gradually from January 2027 and can be worn throughout a flight.

Crew members tested the shoes and gave feedback during 31 months of development.

The airline says the design aims to improve comfort, support and protection at work.
