Islamic parliamentary union condemns provocation outside Turkish embassy in Sweden

The Islamic Cooperation Parliamentary Union condemned a provocative act outside Turkey’s embassy in Sweden.

Its secretary-general said the act targeted Muslims and called for those responsible to be punished.

He warned Swedish authorities they would bear responsibility if they did not take deterrent measures.

He said the act also challenged the union because Turkey’s parliament currently leads it.
