WNBA investigates disputed timeout call after Dream beat Liberty in Game 2

The Atlanta Dream beat the New York Liberty 101-98 in overtime and lead their semifinal series 2-0.

Liberty star Breanna Stewart said officials told her the team had no timeout left, so New York did not stop play in the final seconds.

The crew chief said there was no direct communication, and the WNBA is investigating.

The disagreement matters because a timeout could have given the Liberty another chance to set up a final shot.
