18-year-old arrested after Marbella surgeon is shot dead

A plastic surgeon was shot dead at his clinic in Marbella, Spain.

Police arrested an 18-year-old Swedish man the next day on suspicion of carrying out the killing.

Reports say a dissatisfied patient may be linked, but police have not confirmed a motive.

Investigators are also trying to find out whether anyone else helped plan the attack.
