Veterinarians treat sick elephant at Karachi Safari Park

Madhubala is an African elephant being treated at a park in Karachi, Pakistan.

She has tuberculosis and has lost weight, but tests show that bacterial and parasitic infections have cleared after intensive treatment.

A veterinarian said there is still hope for her.
