Mexico City man accused of La Unión Tepito role faces criminal process

A judge found enough evidence for Rogelio “N” to face a criminal process over alleged drug and firearm offenses.

Police say they arrested him in Mexico City on September 29 and found marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and a homemade 9mm gun.

Authorities describe him as an alleged operator for La Unión Tepito.

The ruling is not a finding of guilt.
