New Thumamah Road bridge opens in Riyadh after six months of construction

Riyadh has opened a new bridge on Thumamah Road after about six months of construction.

It has six main lanes and four service lanes to help separate through traffic from local traffic.

The bridge is expected to ease congestion and improve access to nearby roads, homes and businesses.

It is part of a wider plan to upgrade roads across the city.
