A small group holds 95.58% of Mitratel shares, exchange says

Indonesia’s stock exchange and central securities depository say a group of shareholders held 95.58% of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi’s shares as of October 1, 2026.

The company, known as Mitratel, is a subsidiary of state-owned telecommunications company Telkom Indonesia.

The exchange classifies Mitratel as having high shareholding concentration when a limited number of holders control a large share of its stock.

That leaves about 4.42% of shares with other holders, including public investors.

The classification is based on the company’s share ownership, whether shares are held in paper or electronic form.

The exchange and depository said the announcement does not by itself indicate a breach of laws or market rules.

They said the information is intended to draw the attention of market participants and investors.
