Brokers keep buy ratings on three Australian-listed shares

Australian brokers Morgans and Bell Potter have kept buy ratings on shares in Deterra Royalties, Megaport and Mesoblast.

Deterra, a mining royalties company, is acquiring a royalty on most of Ivanhoe Electric’s Santa Cruz copper project for US$74.15 million in cash.

Morgans estimates the royalty could add about 7% to Deterra’s earnings and values it at A$110 million.

Megaport provides cloud infrastructure services, and Morgans raised its price target after the company increased its FY 2027 EBITDA guidance by 25%.

The broker also cited three new AI infrastructure contracts with a combined value of about A$1 billion.

Bell Potter kept its buy rating and price target for biotechnology company Mesoblast, expecting its revenues to exceed US$200 million in FY 2027 and saying further clinical wins could attract more investor attention over the coming year.
