Territorial Army Jawan Drowns in J-K; CRPF Constable Hurt
A Territorial Army soldier named Ashiq Hussain drowned in a river in Jammu and Kashmir.
He was doing border fence duty in the Gurez area.
The river was the Kishanganga, near the Line of Control.
Officials said his body had been found, and teams were trying to bring it out.
In a separate incident, CRPF constable Sukanta Bagadi was hurt when his service rifle fired accidentally.
The incident happened inside a government school in Ahmad Nagar, Srinagar.
Bagadi suffered injuries to his head.
He was given first aid and taken to a hospital for treatment.

Bagadi received first aid at the scene and was shifted to SKIMS hospital in Soura.
