Nellore Mayor Inspects Urdu School, Promises Swift Development Works
The mayor of Nellore city went to visit a school that teaches in the Urdu language.
She went with another city official to look at the school and a nearby water tank.
The mayor wants the school to be fixed up and improved as soon as possible.
She said she would tell a state minister about the problems the school is facing.
The mayor also said cameras would be put up at the school to keep it safe.
These cameras will help stop strangers from coming inside the school grounds.
The mayor also talked about fixing roads in areas where underground water work has finished.
Later, the mayor and another official listened to complaints from citizens at a city program.
People gave them 17 complaints about things like housing, planning, and public health.
The officials promised to look into each complaint and find a permanent solution.

She directed officials to take up necessary repairs and development works at the school on priority.
The school's issues will be brought to the attention of municipal administration minister Dr P. Narayana.
CCTV cameras will be installed at the school to strengthen security and prevent outsiders from entering the premises.
The weekly public grievance programme at the Command Control Centre received 17 petitions, including six related to TIDCO housing.
