CMC's 'One Ward Every Day' Reaches Miyapur
The city government in Cyberabad is visiting a different neighborhood every day to hear what people need.
On Wednesday, the head of that government, Commissioner G. Srijana, came to a place called Miyapur.
She met with people at D.K. Enclave to listen to their problems.
The people told her about bad roads and water flooding the streets.
They also talked about streetlights, mosquitoes, garbage, and parks.
The commissioner promised that workers would fix these problems quickly.
She wants citizens to help make their neighborhoods better.
The program is called 'One Ward Every Day.'
The government will keep checking on the work until the problems are solved.
Cyberabad Municipal Corporation commissioner G. Srijana held a public outreach programme at D.K. Enclave in Miyapur Ward, Serilingampally Zone, on Wednesday.
The programme was part of the 'One Ward Every Day' initiative aimed at addressing civic grievances.
Residents raised issues including poor roads, drainage and stormwater works, nala desilting, waterlogging, streetlights, encroachments, mosquito control, park development and sanitation.
The commissioner directed officials to address the complaints on priority, adhere to timelines, and improve coordination for faster execution of works.
Officials said the grievances would be monitored and addressed to improve civic amenities in Miyapur.
