Khammam Commissioner orders speeding up civic works

He wants new footpaths where people walk, smooth roads, and working streetlights at night.

He told workers to check every streetlight and fix any that are broken.

He also wants to make sure people have enough drinking water.

The weather might be dry, and there is something called El Niño that can change the weather.

To save water, workers will find and fix leaks in the pipes.

The city can also get floods when it rains a lot, so everyone must be ready.

He asked special officers, staff, and helpers in risky areas to watch closely.

That way, the city will be safer and nicer for everyone who lives there.
