Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling Schedule Revised
Jharkhand has changed the dates for the first round of NEET 2026 counselling.
The change happened because the counselling website had a technical problem.
Students now have until August 21, 2026, to register and choose their preferred colleges and courses.
Students who already submitted choices can edit them on that day.
Seat allotment results will be released from August 23 to August 28.
Students who receive seats can download their provisional allotment letters.
They must still complete document checks and admission steps at their assigned institutes.
Students who already paid the counselling fee and security deposit do not need to pay again, but they must complete a fresh portal registration.
JCECEB revised Round 1 counselling dates after a server-related technical glitch.
Registration and choice filling for eligible candidates now remain open until August 21, 2026.
Candidates may edit previously submitted choices on August 21, if necessary.
Seat allotment results and provisional allotment letters will be available from August 23 to August 28.
The revised schedule covers State, All India and NRI quota seats in MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses.
