NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 Choice Filling Extended

NEET is a big exam that students in India take to get into medical school.

Students who did well on the exam now get to choose which medical college they want to attend.

This choosing process is called counselling.

The people in charge, called the Medical Counselling Committee, gave students more time to make their choices.

Students can now pick their favorite colleges until August 18 at 11:59 pm.

They also have to lock in their choices, which means saying this is their final answer.

Locking can be done from August 17 at 5:30 pm until August 18 at 11:59 pm.

Students should check their list carefully before locking it.

Only students who registered for counselling can use the choice filling website.
