Jharkhand PECE 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Announced
Many students in Jharkhand took an exam called PECE to try to get into polytechnic colleges.
A board called JCECEB runs this exam and helps decide which college each student gets to attend.
The board has just finished the first round of giving out college seats.
Out of all the students who took part, 7,343 were given a seat in a polytechnic college.
This result is called a 'provisional seat allotment.'
Students can see their result on a website called poly.jceceb.org.in.
They need to log in with their ID and password to see their letter.
If they got a seat, they must visit their new college between August 11 and August 14.
There, they will show their documents and finish joining the college.
After that, they can begin their first year of polytechnic studies.
JCECEB has released the Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE) 2026 Round 1 provisional seat allotment result.
A total of 7,343 candidates have been provisionally recommended for admission to the first semester or year of polytechnic institutes.
Candidates can check and download their seat allotment letter by logging into the official counselling portal, poly.jceceb.org.in.
Allotted candidates must complete document verification and admission at their respective institutes from August 11 to August 14, 2026.
Course-wise CML ranks were released, with closing ranks ranging from 33,252 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering to 36,639 in Civil Engineering.
