Uddeepakam-3 workbooks launched to boost tribal students' learning
In a place called Bhadrachalam, a special group called ITDA helps tribal students learn better.
They make workbooks, which are books full of practice activities for school.
The group already made two sets, and now they have made a third set called Uddeepakam-3.
These books help kids get better at English and maths.
The books also get kids ready for big entrance tests they may take in the future.
The new books are for children in Classes I to V. Kids will also learn about new things like computers, robots, and artificial intelligence.
A minister named Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy launched the books on July 29.
The earlier books worked really well, and about 95 out of 100 students did a good job on the tests.
Teachers say this will help tribal children compete with other students across the country.
The Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), Bhadrachalam, has introduced 'Uddeepakam-3', a new set of learning workbooks for tribal students.
The workbooks aim to strengthen English and Mathematics skills and prepare students for competitive entrance examinations.
The workbooks were launched by Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy on July 29.
Designed for students from Classes I to V, the workbooks also introduce topics such as information technology, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
Around 95 per cent of students showed satisfactory performance in workbook-based assessments after the earlier editions, Uddeepakam-1 and Uddeepakam-2.
