Gurdaspur Schools Get Bomb Threat Email; Searches Find Nothing Suspicious
Someone sent a scary email saying that two schools in a place called Gurdaspur in Punjab would be blown up.
The email went to Convent Little Flower School and Delhi Public School.
The police took the warning very seriously.
They brought special teams, including dog squads and experts who look for bombs.
Everyone checked classrooms, bathrooms, rooftops and other places.
After searching everything, they did not find anything dangerous.
The police said the schools were cleaned and made safe.
They are now trying to find out who sent the email.
This is not the first time, because similar emails were sent to schools about six months ago.
The police are being extra careful because Independence Day is coming soon.

SSP Aditya said no suspicious object was found and the campuses were thoroughly sanitised as a precaution.
The alert comes about six months after similar bomb threat emails to Gurdaspur schools, and security around educational institutions has been stepped up ahead of Independence Day.
