NEET UG Counselling: Round 1 Choice Filling Closes August 17

NEET is a very important exam that students in India take when they want to study to become a doctor or a nurse.

After passing the exam, students get to choose which medical college they would like to join.

They do this by making a list of their favorite colleges and courses.

The deadline to finish making this list is August 17 at 6 PM.

On that same day, students can lock their list between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Locking is like sealing an envelope so no one can change it afterward.

The officials will process all the lists on August 18.

The results, which announce which college each student got, will come out on August 19.

Students who get a seat must report to their college between August 20 and 25.

That is why students are told to finish early and not wait until the last minute!
