NEET-PG Re-Exam Set After Jaipur Centres Face Power Failure
Some students were taking the NEET-PG medical entrance test in Jaipur.
The computers and power at two centres did not work properly.
Because of this, the students could not finish their exam.
NBEMS, the organisation conducting the exam, cancelled or stopped the test at those centres.
It apologised to the affected students.
The students will take the exam again on September 5, 2026.
One notice says the new exam will begin at 3 p.m.
NBEMS will send new admit cards and tell students the venue separately.
A candidate said the exam started and stopped many times while people waited for help.
NBEMS announced a re-examination for candidates unable to complete NEET-PG 2026 at two Jaipur centres.
The affected centres were test centre numbers 41682 and 41683 at iON Digital Zone iDZ, Sitapura.
The re-examination is scheduled for September 5, 2026; one NBEMS notice specified 3 p.m.
NBEMS attributed the disruption to internal power-supply failure, which it said was linked to TCS Ltd.
Revised admit cards will be issued, while the re-examination venue will be communicated separately.
