NEET PG-2026 Re-Exam Announced For Jaipur Candidates After Repeated Computer Shutdowns Disrupt Examination At Sitapura Centre · freepressjournal.in

NEET-PG is a test for doctors who want to study specialist medicine.

Most candidates across India took the 2026 test on August 30.

At two centres in Sitapura, Jaipur, the computers repeatedly stopped working.

The examination authority, NBEMS, said an internal power failure caused the problem and linked it to TCS Ltd.

Candidates said the systems restarted only briefly and then failed again.

Some candidates said the test started late and that questions did not always appear properly.

They protested and asked for an impartial investigation because they were worried about fairness and confidentiality.

NBEMS has arranged another test for the affected candidates on September 5 at 3 p.m.
