Five held in Amritsar with illegal weapons, 2 kg heroin

Police officers in Punjab, India, caught five people who were doing something against the law.

The five people were in the city of Amritsar, which is close to the border of another country.

When the police searched them, they found seven handguns and a large amount of a dangerous drug called heroin.

Heroin is a drug that can hurt people, so it is not allowed.

The police believe these five people were part of groups that bring guns and drugs from across the border.

Two of these groups were broken up because of the arrests.
