Sumadhura Group is a real estate company planning to build more warehouses and industrial parks.

It expects to spend ₹2,000 crore over the next four to five years.

The company wants to create 10 million square feet of space by 2030.

Much of this space will be in Bengaluru, with the rest in Chennai and Hyderabad.

Sumadhura has started its first project outside Bengaluru in Chennai.

The Chennai project will have warehouses for businesses such as manufacturers, car companies, online retailers and logistics firms.

It will cost ₹400 crore and is expected to be finished by December 2028.

The company plans to use some of its own money and borrow the rest.
