Mohan Yadav Launches Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign in Bhopal
India has a special flag called the Tricolour.
A big campaign called Har Ghar Tiranga means "Tiranga in every home."
It asks every family to fly the Indian flag.
The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, started this campaign in Bhopal.
First, he put up the flag at his own house.
Then he rode a bicycle to a big stadium for the launch event.
Many school students, NCC cadets and senior citizens joined the walk.
The Chief Minister stopped to talk to children and gave them flags.
He reminded everyone that a great freedom movement began on this day in 1942, led by Mahatma Gandhi.
He asked all citizens to take part in the Tiranga campaign.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign at TT Nagar Stadium in Bhopal on Sunday.
He hoisted the Tricolour at his residence and then cycled to the stadium for the event.
School students, NCC cadets and senior citizens joined the rally through TT Nagar localities.
Yadav recalled that the Quit India Movement, led by Mahatma Gandhi, began on August 9, 1942.
He broke protocol to interact with children, gifted them Tricolours and urged citizens to join the campaign.
