Chief Minister Mohan Yadav started a programme called the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan.

It happens every Friday so officials can hear people’s problems directly.

The chief minister has visited three districts during the programme.

Many ministers did not join him or did not follow the government’s instructions.

Those instructions included checking schools, hospitals, roads and other public services.

Ministers were also asked to review law and order.

In Tikamgarh, a woman complained that money had not been transferred to her after her mother died.

Yadav ordered the suspension of a district cooperative registrar and told officers to solve complaints locally and inspect government work in the field.
