Gujarat to move human-attacking lions to Ambardi Safari Park enclosure

Lions are big wild cats that sometimes wander out of the forest and into places where people live.

When that happens, they can hurt humans.

For a long time, the government in Gujarat, India, kept these lions in a zoo called Sakkarbaug.

The zoo is a small place with cages, which is not very natural for a lion.

Now the government says these lions will go to a special big park called Ambardi Safari Park instead.

This park has open land, trees, and wild animals for the lions to hunt.

The lions will be able to walk around and live like wild lions.

About ten lions are currently staying at the zoo.

The new lion home will be built in a place called Dhari, and it should be ready in three months.

The government announced this plan just before World Lion Day, a special day to celebrate lions.
