AAI Opens Applications for 389 Manager and Junior Executive Posts
Airports Authority of India, the group that runs airports in India, wants to hire new workers.
It has opened applications for 389 jobs as Managers and Junior Executives.
People can apply online on the AAI website from August 8, 2026, until September 7, 2026.
The jobs cover many areas, like building things, electricity, money matters, computers, law, and fire safety.
Manager jobs need a college degree and three years of work experience.
Junior Executive jobs need certain qualifications but no work experience.
There is an age limit, but some people get extra years allowed by government rules.
Candidates will take a computer-based test, and the date will be announced later.
Managers can earn around 21 lakh rupees a year, while Junior Executives can earn around 14 lakh rupees a year.

The application window runs from August 8, 2026 to September 7, 2026, and the Computer Based Test date will be announced separately.
The age limit is 32 years for Manager and 27 years for Junior Executive as of September 7, 2026, with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and up to 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Manager posts generally require a relevant degree plus three years of post-qualification work experience, while Junior Executive posts need specific educational qualifications and no work experience.
Managers receive a pay scale of Rs 60,000-3%-Rs 1,80,000 and Junior Executives Rs 40,000-3%-Rs 1,40,000, with approximate annual CTC of Rs 21 lakh and Rs 14 lakh respectively.
