It follows Sameer, a government officer sent to a remote place in Rajasthan.

There he keeps meeting Reva, a mysterious woman who disappears and reappears.

Reva was once a performer in a royal court and suffered because of the king’s desire for her.

She died while trying to escape and became trapped in the desert.

Sameer looks like Mehru, a man who once tried to save Reva.

The film suggests that Sameer is connected to Mehru through reincarnation.

Its songs and images show Reva’s sadness, memory and wish to become free.
