Kia Syros EV Unveiled in Tirupati with Dual Battery Options
A brand-new electric car called the Kia Syros EV was shown to people for the first time in Tirupati on Friday.
It was revealed at a Kia car showroom called Hoshi Auto Private Limited.
The car runs only on electricity, so it does not use petrol or diesel.
It comes in two versions with different battery sizes.
The smaller battery lets the car travel up to 443 kilometres on one charge.
The bigger battery lets it travel up to 526 kilometres.
Charging the battery from 10% to 80% takes only 39 minutes.
Inside, there is a huge 30-inch screen, smart safety features that help the driver, and internet-connected technology.
Kia also promises the battery will last for the car's whole life and lets customers rent the battery instead of buying it.
Kia Syros EV was unveiled on Friday at Hoshi Auto Private Limited, a Kia showroom on Chennai-Bengaluru Highway in Tirupati.
The EV offers two battery options: 42 kWh with up to 443 km range and 51.4 kWh with up to 526 km range.
It supports fast charging from 10% to 80% in 39 minutes.
Key features include a 30-inch Trinity panoramic display, advanced ADAS safety features, and Kia Connect smart connectivity.
Kia offers a lifetime battery warranty and Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) with the Syros EV.
