MICL, Godrej Partner on ₹6,000 Crore Marine Lines Project
MICL and Godrej Properties Group are working together on a new housing project.
The project will be built in Marine Lines in South Mumbai.
It covers about 2.5 acres and will face the Arabian Sea.
The company says the project could generate more than ₹6,000 crore in revenue.
MICL had already invested more than ₹300 crore in the project.
The partnership allows MICL to recover that investment.
