Adani Realty Plans Mumbai Premium and Luxury Project Launches
Adani Realty is planning several expensive new homes in Mumbai.
One project will be in Goregaon West and will have more than 1,000 apartments.
These apartments will mainly have two or three bedrooms.
Another project in Bandra Reclamation will be much more luxurious and will be sold only to invited buyers.
It will have large homes, very large customizable penthouses, and a private club.
The two projects are still completing their approvals.
Adani also won a large redevelopment project at Motilal Nagar.
That project will provide homes for sale and replacement homes for current residents.
The company is also waiting for better roads before developing some land near Panvel.

The first phase of its Goregaon West redevelopment will cover 5-6 acres and include 1,300-1,400 homes priced at ₹34,000-35,000 per sq. ft.
Its invitation-only Bandra Reclamation project will initially offer about 140 homes of roughly 5,000 sq. ft. at around ₹120,000 per sq. ft.
The Bandra project will also include customizable 10,000-20,000 sq. ft. penthouses and a branded club.
Adani won the ₹36,000-crore, 142-acre Motilal Nagar redevelopment project and plans to begin rehabilitation construction this year.

“Both projects are in their last leg of approvals. There are a lot of enquiries for the Bandra project even before launch, mostly from domestic HNIs (high net-worth individuals). Some site-level work has already started at the location.”
