Nila Spaces, Ultrahuman Partner to Make Wellness Measurable in Homes
A company that builds homes in India, called Nila Spaces, has teamed up with a company that makes health gadgets, called Ultrahuman.
They want to make homes that help people stay healthy.
The homes will have sensors that check the air, temperature, light and noise.
People living there can use special gadgets to track their sleep, activity and health.
Some gadgets even watch blood sugar levels and how the body is ageing.
A smart computer program called Jade AI will help explain what all the health data means.
The new technology will first be shown at a place called Vida in Gandhinagar.
Later, it will be part of a bigger wellness community called PRANA.
PRANA has features like clean air, special water, quiet rooms and fitness areas.
The companies believe people want homes that help them live healthier, longer lives.
Nila Spaces, an Indian wellness-focused real estate developer, has partnered with Ultrahuman, a wearable health technology company, to create a connected wellness ecosystem.
The partnership will debut at Vida in Gandhinagar before being integrated into PRANA, Nila Spaces' flagship wellness development in GIFT City.
Through Ultrahuman Home, residents can monitor environmental parameters including air quality, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity, lighting and ambient noise.
Residents will have access to Ultrahuman's health ecosystem including Ring AIR, M1 Live CGM, Blood Vision, Photon and Ultra Age, brought together by Jade AI.
PRANA was designed around four wellness pillars - air, water, sleep and noise - and holds WELL Pre-Certification and EDGE Advanced Certification.
A data-enabled Longevity Club at PRANA will offer personalised wellness programmes, coaching and community wellness initiatives.

Managing Director, Nila Spaces
“"Ultrahuman exists to make the invisible measurable – sleep, recovery, metabolic health. People’s homes are often the blind spots, where light, noise and air quality negatively affect their rest and recovery. Nila Spaces designs homes around precisely those variables, and bringing Ultrahuman Home and our wider ecosystem into these residences enables residents to optimise their health while they go about their lives."”
