Himachal CM Announces 100 Schools, Rs 281 Crore Arrears

He said his government will open 100 new schools.
He also said they will pay back money they owe to state workers.
Workers who help keep things running will get 20,000 extra rupees this month.
People who retired from government jobs will also get extra pension money.
Health helpers called ASHA workers will earn more money every month.
The government will hire 4,000 new workers for the water department.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Sukhu announced the opening of 100 CBSE schools across the state from the next academic session.
The government will spend Rs 281 crore clearing salary and pension arrears, including an additional Rs 20,000 for Class IV employees this month.
Pensioners who retired between 2016 and 2021 will receive 35% of pension arrears (Class III) and 15% (Class I and II) this month.
Monthly incentives for about 9,000 ASHA workers will rise from Rs 5,800 to Rs 6,800, and NHM outsourced staff get revised remuneration from September 1.
The government announced filling 4,000 posts in Jal Shakti Vibhag and revised pay for NHM employees with seven years of service from April 1.
