The India Meteorological Department said that in August and September, India will get less rain than usual.

Because of this, they warned that some places in Himachal Pradesh and Kerala could get very heavy rain.

In Himachal, the Beas River is flowing normally, but the dam is letting out more water to keep the river safe.

People near the river are told to stay away and listen for sirens.
