Woman constable dies after consuming poison in UP's Etawah
A police officer named Priyanka, who was 30 years old, sadly passed away in India.
She worked as a constable at a police station in a place called Saifai.
On a Sunday evening, she and her husband, Rajat Singh, had a big fight.
After the fight, her husband left the house for a while.
Police believe Priyanka then drank a poisonous substance.
She tried calling her husband many times, but he did not answer.
When he returned around 10 o'clock at night, he found her lying on the floor, not awake.
He quickly took her to the hospital, but doctors could not save her life.
Her husband is now being questioned by police, and her body will be examined to find out more.
Police are still investigating what exactly happened that evening.

Police said she consumed the poison on Sunday evening after an argument with her husband, Rajat Singh, who then left the house.
Priyanka made several calls to her husband that went unanswered; he found her unconscious with foam from her mouth around 10 pm.
Rajat took her to the district hospital, and she was later referred to Saifai Medical College and Hospital in critical condition, where she died during treatment.
Civil Lines SHO K K Mishra confirmed the death; Rajat has been detained for questioning and the body has been sent for post-mortem.
