Gurugram Groundwater Falls at Six of Seven Monitoring Sites
Gurugram is having problems with both too much and too little water.

A government report found that water levels fell at six of seven city monitoring sites.

The Central Ground Water Authority gave this information to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Officials said the city needs more monitoring and projects to put water back underground.
The court warned that the situation could become worse unless strong action is taken.
