SVIMS Performs Complex Spinal Surgery Under Pranadanam Scheme
A 25-year-old man had an unusually curved spine in his upper back.
Doctors at SVIMS treated him with a difficult corrective operation.
He was admitted on August 22, 2026, and had surgery on September 9.
The operation was done under a financial assistance program called the Sri Venkateswara Pranadana Trust scheme.
The program provided about Rs 5 lakh for his treatment.
He recovered well after the operation.
