CISF Finds ₹68.53 Lakh Unaccounted Cash At Delhi Airport
CISF officers at Delhi airport noticed that one passenger was behaving suspiciously.
They checked the passenger’s baggage more carefully.
The search found ₹29.39 lakh in cash.
Officers then checked CCTV cameras and found another passenger travelling with him.
A further search found more cash.
Together, the two passengers had ₹68.53 lakh.
Officials said the money was unaccounted for.
The passengers and the cash were handed to Income Tax officials for investigation.
