Srijan Realty Launches Orizon on Kolkata’s Southern EM Bypass

Srijan Realty has announced a new housing project called Orizon in South Kolkata.

It will have 702 homes spread across 8.3 acres.

The homes will be in six tall buildings and will have three bedrooms.

The project is designed to leave most of the land open for gardens and shared spaces.

Residents will have access to pools, sports facilities, a gym, a library and other amenities.

The buildings are planned to be accessible for wheelchair users and people with different needs.

The project also includes rainwater collection, solar power for shared areas and electric-vehicle charging.

It is located near roads, public transport, schools, hospitals and shopping areas.
