Two real estate companies have started a new housing project in Kollur, Hyderabad.

The project is called Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja.

It will be built on an area of 9.16 acres.

There will be nine tall towers with 1,730 homes.

Buyers can choose from three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes.

The homes will have different sizes, from about 1,679 to 3,126 square feet.

Most of the homes are planned to be corner homes.

The project will leave much of its land as open space and use designs for sunlight, airflow and comfortable temperatures.

It is also planned to meet the requirements for an IGBC Silver green-building rating.
