SDPL Launches Premium 3 and 4 BHK Homes in Nagpur
Sandeep Dwellers has announced a new housing project in Nagpur.
It is called SDPL OM TATSAT.
The project will have two tall buildings with 26 floors each.
There will be 92 large homes with three or four bedrooms.
Only two homes are planned on each floor, giving residents more privacy.
The project will also have shops and many shared facilities.
These facilities include a swimming pool, gym, mini theatre, party hall and children’s play area.
A special lounge on the top floor will give residents views of the city.
Sandeep Dwellers Pvt. Ltd. has introduced SDPL OM TATSAT in North Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur.
The project includes two 26-storey towers with 92 three- and four-bedroom apartments.
The development spans approximately 50,000 square feet and has shops on the ground and first floors.
A 26,800-square-foot Club Floor offers more than 30 amenities, including a gym, pool and mini theatre.
The project includes a 26th-floor Sky Lounge and is RERA registered under P50500055135.
