Naidu Discusses Andhra Pradesh Projects and Finances in Delhi
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu traveled to New Delhi for meetings about his state.
On Wednesday, he spoke with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
They discussed a plan to make Andhra Pradesh a Global Horticulture Hub.
Naidu explained how districts would help with the plan.
They also talked about how the state and central governments share costs for projects supported by outside aid.
On Thursday, Naidu was expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other ministers.
He planned to raise topics including state finances, river linking, the Polavaram project and the effects of El Niño.
He was also scheduled to attend the CII Partnership Summit.
