Quotes

Yogi Adityanath

Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh

“The relationship between the government and employees is not just about salary, but about trust. To maintain that trust, we believe that employees’ time should not be spent solely on paperwork. Employees should feel that their good work is being recorded, that there is a mechanism to address their problems and that they are not alone.”

“An outsourcing company cannot deduct money from your salary. We have said the government will separately pay the outsourcing company its service charges. No amount will be deducted from the employee’s salary. The EPF contribution, your provident fund amount, will also be deducted and securely deposited in your name.”
