Yogi Adityanath Accuses Samajwadi Party of Blocking Budget Debate
Every year, a government makes a budget, which is a plan for how to spend money.
The state of Uttar Pradesh in India has a leader called Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
His government made an extra budget with more than 59,000 crore rupees to help young people, farmers, women and poor families.
It also had money for roads, highways and other useful public things.
In a state meeting called the Assembly, leaders are supposed to talk about such plans.
But another political group called the Samajwadi Party made a lot of noise and stopped the discussion.
Because of that, the meeting ended one day early.
The Chief Minister said this was unfair to the people who needed help.
Even though the meeting was noisy, the budget was still passed.
Now the government says it will start the new programs soon.

He said the SP's conduct deprived the state's youth, farmers, women and the poor of a discussion on the over Rs 59,000-crore supplementary budget.
The budget included provisions for employment generation, skill development, new farmer schemes, welfare for the poor and women's dignity and self-reliance.
Funds were earmarked for infrastructure projects, the expressway network, demands raised by public representatives, and enhanced honorariums for anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, cooks, village chowkidars and fair price shop dealers.
Despite the disruptions, the Assembly passed the supplementary budget and was adjourned sine die a day before schedule; an Outsourcing Commission was also constituted.
