Supreme Court Issues Notice On Paper Leak Property Confiscation PIL
Every year, millions of students in India take big tests to get into school or get jobs.
Sometimes, the answer sheets leak before the test, which is very unfair.
That is called a paper leak.
A man named Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay asked the Supreme Court to help stop this.
He is a leader in a political party called the BJP.
He wants the government to take away the houses and money of people who leak tests.
