He says some schools require parents to buy several uniforms, special clothes and different shoes.

These items are often sold only at school stores, where he says prices are very high.

The leader asked Delhi’s chief minister and education minister to change the rules.

He wants schools to use simpler uniforms and regular sports shoes.

He also wants parents to be allowed to buy supplies from shops they choose.
