Toyota August 2026 Sales Reach 32,842 Units, Led by SUVs

Toyota sold 32,842 vehicles in August 2026.

Most of them, 28,410, were sold in India.

The company exported another 4,432 vehicles.

Toyota did not say whether this was more or less than it sold in August last year.

From January through August, Toyota sold more than 2.66 lakh vehicles.

That was 10% more than during the same period in 2025.

Sales in India grew by 11%, while exports grew by 2%.

The Innova Hycross, Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Fortuner continued to be important models.

Toyota did not say exactly how many of each model it sold in August.
