Rishabh Pant on verge of historic 100 Test sixes milestone

In Test cricket, players try to hit the ball far, and a big hit over the boundary is called a six.
A player from India named Rishabh Pant has hit 97 sixes in his Test matches.
If he hits three more, he will be the first Indian player ever to reach 100 sixes.
Only three other players in the whole world have done this before: Ben Stokes, Brendon McCullum and Adam Gilchrist.
Pant will try to do it on a very special day for his team.
India is about to play its 600th Test match, and only England and Australia have played that many before.
Pant also wants to reach 3,000 runs in the World Test Championship.
He needs 220 more runs to get there.

Rishabh Pant is three sixes away from becoming the first Indian batter to hit 100 sixes in Test cricket.
Pant has struck 97 sixes from 50 Tests and leads India's all-time list ahead of Virender Sehwag (90), Rohit Sharma (88) and Ravindra Jadeja (82).
India will play its landmark 600th Test against Sri Lanka in Galle on Saturday, becoming the third team after England and Australia to reach that mark.
Only Ben Stokes, Brendon McCullum and Adam Gilchrist have previously hit 100 Test sixes in men's cricket.
Pant needs 220 more runs to become the first Indian wicketkeeper-batter to score 3,000 runs in the World Test Championship (WTC).
