Bollywood's patriotism evolves from war films to everyday heroes

Bollywood makes movies in India, and for a long time many of its patriotic movies were about soldiers fighting wars to defend the country.

These movies were loud, exciting, and often about the country's neighbors.

But over time, Bollywood started telling different kinds of patriotic stories.

Some movies show that loving your country can mean helping people in villages and fixing problems at home.

Other movies show sports players who make the country proud by winning games.

Some stories even show women doing brave things for their country.

An example is the movie Raazi, which features a woman as a hero.

Today, being a patriot in a movie can mean many different things, not just being a soldier.

The most important change is that the idea of who can be a hero has become much bigger.
