SASA Cleanliness Drives and Awareness Campaigns Held Across Nellore
Nellore held a large cleanliness programme called SASA.

The Nellore Municipal Corporation cleaned the Old Municipal Office area.
Officials said standing water can help mosquitoes breed and spread diseases such as dengue and malaria.
They asked people not to use single-use plastic.
They also asked residents to separate wet and dry waste and give it to collection workers.
Cleanliness drives and environmental awareness programmes were held across Nellore district under the Swarnandhra–Swachh Andhra initiative.
